What gets deleted: your profile, stamped copies, recipients, plan and
transaction history. The unstamped originals were never stored by us in the first
place — they only ever lived on your device.
Option 1 — from the app (fastest)
- Open Kachop! and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger zone.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
That’s it — deletion runs immediately and irreversibly.
Option 2 — from this page
If you can’t open the app, email hello@kachop.app from the email address registered on your account with the subject line “Delete my Kachop account”. We’ll verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What to know
- Deletion is permanent — stamped copies in your history cannot be recovered.
- If you have a subscription, deleting the app account does not cancel the store subscription — cancel it separately in your Apple/Google subscription settings to avoid charges.
- Backups may retain fragments briefly; we purge them on a regular cycle.
