1. The service
Kachop! lets you photograph your identity documents, burn a purpose-and-recipient stamp into the image, and share the stamped copy. The unstamped original stays on your device.
2. Your account & quota
- You get 5 free stamped copies. The limit is enforced server-side; creating extra accounts to bypass it is a breach of these terms.
- Sign-in is provided by Clerk (Google or email). You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure.
3. Paid plans & stamp packs
- Subscriptions (Monthly $2.00, first-month $1.00 launch offer; Yearly $20.00) auto-renew through the Apple App Store or Google Play until cancelled. Manage or cancel in your store’s subscription settings.
- Lifetime ($49.00) is a one-time purchase that grants Pro features permanently.
- Stamp packs (5/15/50 stamps) are one-time purchases that add copy credits to your account; they don’t expire.
- Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice; changes never apply to an already-paid period.
- Refunds are handled by the store where you purchased (Apple / Google policies apply).
4. Acceptable use
- You may only scan documents you own or are authorised to copy.
- Don’t use Kachop! to forge documents, to launder identity materials, or to harass others by sending copies they didn’t ask for.
- Don’t attempt to bypass the quota, the paywall, or server-side checks.
5. Honest limits
A pixel stamp makes misuse visibly wrong and shows you declared a purpose — it is not cryptographic authentication and we do not claim it is “fraud-proof”. Treat stamped copies as you would any photocopy: only send them to people you trust to need them.
6. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your documents and your stamped copies. The Kachop! app, logo and brand belong to us.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kachop! is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses arising from fraud committed with copies you shared, from deleted data, or from service interruptions.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see delete-account). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Questions: hello@kachop.app.
