The short version: use Kachop! to stamp and share copies of your own documents. Don't scan documents that aren't yours, don't misuse the copies you receive, and understand that a stamp is deterrence — not a guarantee against fraud.

1. The service

Kachop! lets you photograph your identity documents, burn a purpose-and-recipient stamp into the image, and share the stamped copy. The unstamped original stays on your device.

2. Your account & quota

3. Paid plans & stamp packs

4. Acceptable use

5. Honest limits

A pixel stamp makes misuse visibly wrong and shows you declared a purpose — it is not cryptographic authentication and we do not claim it is “fraud-proof”. Treat stamped copies as you would any photocopy: only send them to people you trust to need them.

6. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your documents and your stamped copies. The Kachop! app, logo and brand belong to us.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kachop! is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses arising from fraud committed with copies you shared, from deleted data, or from service interruptions.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see delete-account). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Questions: hello@kachop.app.
